24 Hr Exercise: A Trendsetter Of Physical fitness - CareCrunch ...

I have definitely been to a few training hubs throughout my life. As a stranger from a modest country I had definitely come to be used to a standard that is certainly not accurately mind-boggling, but have certainly presented me respectable exercise tools, workout devices as well as health and fitness coaching good enough for me. When I entered the UNITED STATE a few years ago I couldn?t stop working out, so I had to discover a training center or a gymnasium there too. A few blocks from where I lived there was something called 24 Hour Training and I didn?t wait getting in their doorway. Once inside I instantly recognized that I had indeed never ever been spoiled by having such phenomenal training facilities, until now. I couldn?t believe it; this was just magnificent!

There are ton of various physical fitness clubs that an individual could go to in order to get in form. Many of these physical fitness centers are single-unit clubs or smaller chains, while others are genuine giants of the health and fitness field. One of these chains that will likely suit in to the ?giant? group is 24 Hr Health and fitness. 24 Hr Exercise is a large health club and also health and fitness center that began as an one health club and also has definitely grown into one of the world?s biggest privately-held and ran physical fitness chains in the globe.

24 Hr Training was formed in 1983 as a single club. It has actually grown to a provider by having beyond 16,000 employees that has an existence in 4 nations. 24 Hr Health and fitness has it?s headquarter San Ramon, California and also currently has around 3 million associates. Over the coming 5 years, 24 Hour Training plans to develop to have over 1000 locations all over the globe.

One reason this club has certainly been very effective is advised by the term; they offer their associates the potential to use their facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This advantage variable has been a big drive to help them develop their associate base. Because of this fact, numerous additional chains are nowadays adhering to them by increasing their hours of affair to seek to suit this ease variable for their clients.

Considering that the establishment in 1983, 24 Hr Fitness has definitely gotten social reliability for achievements that are beyond the fitness chain tradition. In 2004, the 24 Hour Physical fitness provider came to be the sponsor for the U.S. Olympic crew and also in the identical year they worked with NBC to create a tv program called ?The Greatest Loser?. This show revolved around assisting people to make use of workout as well as eating plan to lose significant volumes of weight. Team members competed in crews to lose the most pounds overall.

Like lots of large business, 24 Hr Exercise has indeed not been being without in their share of problems along with their results. In February of 2005, a lawsuit was recorded against the company that put forward they were operating prohibited business activities. The specific illegalities cited were that the fitness club continued to charge associates after their arrangements ran out or were removed and that they performed certainly not employ proper font formatting for their arrangements.

Near the end of 2006, 24 Hour Exercise business settled the class-action suit. They granted all complainants their alternative of either regarding $ 30 in cash each or a free 30 day pass to the club.

Even with 24 Hour Health and fitness being in the middle of a lawsuit that was indexed from them in 2006, alleging that the business continued to take hard earned cash out of their client?s checking accounts alongside costs bank card after the contract expired after being alerted by the consumer, it doesn?t transform the fact that this training chain has definitely specified a brand-new benchmark for what I take into consideration as high quality exercise facility, as well as I have yet to see a gym or fitness center better than 24 hour fitness in any respect.

How Mitt Romney?s iPhone app typo explains the Internet

To be fair to Mitt Romney, his copywriters and his proofreaders ? all of whom allowed a typo spelling ?America? as ?Amercia? into Romney?s new iPhone app ? ?America? is kind of a weird word.

Yes, yes, I know about Amerigo Vespucci. But we pretty much never talk about him, and his first name, anyway, was Amerigo. No one really understands why the word that Wikipedia calls ?the feminized, latin version of his first name? is on the door to the home of the brave.

To be even more sumptuously fair to Mitt Romney, whose team as of this writing is still having trouble righting the entirely pleasing wrong word they bestowed on the world on Tuesday, typos make the world go round. The online world, anyway.

In the language of the digital elite ? meaning, not people with only 117 Facebook friends ? typos like ?teh? and ?pwn? are elegant strings, loaded with irony and history, that communicate volumes of cultural content. I can?t even explain all that content to you here. They can?t explain it. It?s elite.

The best way to get a sense of the 1337 typo humor is to correct someone on Twitter who uses ?teh? for ?the.? You?ll be laughed off the Internet.

And then to coin one of those blockbuster typos: who could even dream that big? Visit 4chan sometime and try to start a meme like ?meem? or go viral with ?vrial? ? you?ll get hacked out of town. They?ll pwn you.

?Amercia? is still getting auto-corrected on iPhones, and it is not yet a full-fledged Wikipedia entry. But Twitter?s running with it. Given its portability, its uniqueness on Google, and the number of short-form gags it continues to spawn, Amercia has the making of a nifty, hardy little meme. The Romney campaign shouldn?t panic about Amercia. They should, stealthily, pwn it. (Sorry ? I won?t stop with that one.)

The campaign should create a WIkipedia entry this minute (are you listening @ZacMoffatt, Romney digital director who doesn?t return my calls?), and stay on top of it, showing the campaign has a sense of humor and deep tendrils in the social networks. It should hint ? with links ? at a passing understanding of leetspeak. It should rib Apple?s App Store for being slow to take proofreading changes. And it should maybe hint that Amercia is a country of ? whatever, mercy, Mitt Romney, hijinks. Twitter fun.

Amerigo Vespucci?s name was contorted to girly America and slapped on a land mass. He got way more credit than he deserved for our one nation under God. Americans owe our brand to a 16th century typo. Maybe Romney can point that out, too.

After being infected with SIV, rhesus macaques that had more of a certain type of immune cell in their gut than others had much lower levels of the virus in their blood, and for 6 months after infection were better able to control the virus

After being infected with simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) in a laboratory study, rhesus macaques that had more of a certain type of immune cell in their gut than others had much lower levels of the virus in their blood, and for six months after infection were better able to control the virus.

SIV is a retrovirus that infects primates. Strains of SIV that crossed over to humans resulted in the evolution of HIV. In rhesus macaques, SIV causes simian AIDS (though in many primates it is harmless) and studying the virus in these animals offers crucial insights into how HIV acts in humans, the researchers said.

The discovery by researchers at UCSF may shed light on the mystery of why some people infected with HIV are better able to control the virus, live longer and have fewer associated health problems than others who have been infected as long, they said. It also provides a potential new target for developing therapies or vaccines.

The cells that have the protective effect, called Th17 (T helper 17) cells, are a subset of the type of disease-fighting immune cell targeted and killed by HIV and found in the gut of both primates and humans.

A prior study from the same UCSF team found that SIV infection causes a normally protective immune response to infection to go awry, leading to reduction in the protective activity in the gut of these Th17 cells and weakening of mucosal defenses against bacteria. Interestingly, in that study, Th17 cells were not affected by SIV in another primate, African green monkeys, in which SIV infection is harmless and does not cause disease.

"Animals with more of these Th17 cells were better able to control SIV and this was due in part to macaques developing a more effective immune response by producing more SIV-specific CD4-positive T-cells to fight the infection. Our next step is to see if we can augment the Th17 effect, perhaps by looking at interleukin 17 (IL-17), the cytokine released by these cells, and testing to see if it has an effect," said the study's primary investigator, Dennis Hartigan-O'Connor, MD, PhD, assistant professor of medicine at the UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine.

"Further, if a treatment can be developed to increase Th17 cells in the gut, it may allow for a more effective immune response after exposure to an HIV vaccine or the virus itself," he added.

The findings are being published in the May 30, 2012 issue of Science Translational Medicine.

In the new study, the investigators first determined the levels of Th17 cells in the gut of sixteen rhesus macaques and then infected them with SIV. They found that the animals with more Th17 cells to begin with were better able to control the virus. They then gave animals drugs that deplete Th17 cells and found that reducing the number of Th17 cells made controlling SIV more difficult for those animals.

"We found great variation in the levels of Th17 cells, with as much as a five-fold difference in numbers between animals. We are not sure why this is the case. It could be genetically determined or perhaps due to a previous exposure to a type of bacteria that stimulates production of Th17 cells," said Hartigan-O'Connor.

This study is part of a series of investigations undertaken by researchers at the UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine into how SIV, and by extension HIV, interacts with the immune system in the gut. The previous study was focused on chronic infection and persistent inflammation in the gut.

"The earlier study addressed the cause and consequence of inflammation after infection. We found that inflammation induces an enzyme that knocks out Th17 cells, which normally help to keep the gut intact, and that disease progression was faster. Reciprocally, we have now found that animals do better if they have many Th17 cells at the outset of infection. We are gradually increasing our understanding of this important aspect of the immune system and we are working to translate this understanding into an approach that benefits patients," said study senior author, Joseph M. McCune, MD, PhD, chief of the UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine.

Study co-investigators include Bittoo Kanwar from UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine and Kristina Abel and Koen K. A. Van Rompay from the University of California, Davis.

The Olympics, Reality Shows, and Canadian Cop Dramas

Apart from the Olympics, there are other signs that summer habits might be changing. According to the Los Angeles Times, 58 percent of U.S. homes watched prime-time television in August 2011, up from 56 percent in August 2009. Some of the change is surely driven by all that new cable content, but there is a technological component, too. Patricia McDonough, senior vice president of planning policy and analysis at Nielsen, told me that increasing adoption of DVRs?about half of U.S. households now have one?means the summer ratings dip is less pronounced than in the past: ?At 8 o?clock we may still be outdoors, but by 9 or 10, we may be in and watching programming. Now we don?t have to miss our favorite show if it?s on at 8, because we can DVR it and watch it when we get back.? And it?s not just DVRs. TV catch-up service Hulu has announced 10 original or exclusive programs that will unspool over the summer. What?s more, as of 2012, most mobile phones are smartphones, which means viewers can take their TV habits beyond the living room. ?If I?m out in the backyard barbecuing, I can still be watching the ball game. So the television is going with us this year probably more than ever before, and that?s a trend that will continue,? says McDonough. Right now, TV networks can?t sell advertising against that al fresco viewing, because it doesn?t show up in the standard Nielsen ratings, but the company has recently established a smartphone panel and other cross-platform measurements, so that may soon change.

The Benefits of Bluetooth Technology

A mobile phone has really revolutionalized the world of communication. Using a cellphone for email, text messages, or traditional voice calls is something everybody does these days. Due to this great acceptance of the device, there have been continuous improvements in the functionalities of the mobile devices by the manufacturers.

Smart phones such as this smart phone are coming out as a culmination of all the efforts to produce the best smart phone on the market. This phone is among the most recent items issued to smart phone users lately. With the release of the smart phone came the need for accessories for Motorola Droid 4, like a case, a Motorola Droid 4 battery and a screen protector among others. Using these accessories can prolong the life of your smart phone by protecting it, or making them easier to use for the operator.

If you are looking for mobility with your mobile phone, then the Bluetooth headset is the most significant accessory you will find, due to its cordless nature. It can connect via Bluetooth, rather than having to rely on a cord to have connection. The headset eliminates the inconveniences associated with corded headset. The headset is a combination of headphones and a microphone, you are able to listen and talk from the same headset. The microphone feature also allows for recording your voice memos or other audio data onto your smart phone.

There is a matter of being safe when you are driving and keeping your hands on the wheel. At the same time, you do not want to lose business by not picking your calls. Earlier in the days, drivers had to stop, pick the call and then move on after they are through with the phone. While being the responsible thing to do, pulling over this way was waste of valuable time. Now that there are options like a Bluetooth headset to be had, talking on the phone becomes far more safe as you can do so hands-free. The Bluetooth headset, coupled with voice recognition feature allows you to make calls and receive calls by commanding the phone. With this accessory, your safety on the road is guaranteed.

Most of us will take our music with us everywhere; it has become an audio world. To ensure you are not bothering others around you while you are delighting in your own music, you should employ the use of headphones, like the Bluetooth headset. You are able to keep your phone away and continue listening to your music. The music could be coming from a media player or a radio on the phone. The best thing about this headset is that you are able to navigate through the playlist by use of next and previous buttons without having to reach for the phone.

When working in the house, you keep moving from one corner of the room to another. These movements are likely to hinder you from enjoying your music from your Motorola Droid 4, but no more. With Motorola Droid 4 Bluetooth headset, this problem is solved. You no longer have to carry your phone with you around the room while taking on tasks around the house. The headset will receive the waves via Bluetooth. The best thing about enjoying your music from this headset is that you will know when there is an incoming call, receive it and talk without reaching for the handset.

Anger Management Techniques | Van Blarcom Consulting

Anger management techniques are distinctive in several ways. If you?ve been thinking of eliminating the stress in your life and controlling your reactions to various situations, then you could soon be building healthy routines. These frustration techniques that I can share with you during a consult phone meeting will be structured to meet your needs exactly.

It?s important for you to understand what is good stress and what?s harmful anger. Anger management strategies are very important in living in harmony with society. Volatile anger, however, is irregular and could be forceful and extreme once it heats up.

When you learn how to apply anger management techniques, they can eliminate loads of frustration. These techniques encourage you to work on your anger, and they?re intended to assist you and help you maintain the rage that easily wells up inside you. No techniques will completely eliminate your anger, but we can soon identify various types of internal and external triggers.

Several anger control strategies could include creating self-confidence, assertiveness instruction, understanding versatile thinking methods, mindfulness, and resting routines. They can assist you to improve your connection with your boss and may improve your job. Frustration control methods are simple to implement particularly when anger impacts your physical wellbeing.

Frustration is really a natural normal and individual feeling. Each of us deals with it in a different way than other individuals close to us. Anger is looked at as being unacceptable when unbiased experts sense us losing control or notice that our reaction is excessive or improper. Fury is one thing that is certainly easy to understand, needless to say. Rage isn?t a type of strength, toughness, or control. It?s actually a wholly normal reaction to stress. We can easily gain and find out something from perhaps the most severe encounter.

Controlling anger is not as much about the techniques as it?s about being familiar with yourself and also your associations with other people. Handling anger is definitely much less complicated than it may possibly seem at first. But, depending on how you adapt to help and instruction, managing anger can be a full-time job for many people.

There are methods of coping with anger that don?t include a conflict of any type. Most approaches for controlling anger are grouped into three categories: withdrawal, expression, and assistance. Frustration management strategies are super easy to implement but we need to initially acknowledge the frustration inside our thoughts and recognize that it?s bad for ourselves and other people.

?

As a personal consultant working with various clients, I have discovered and formulated anger techniques that happen to be genuinely incredible with the releasing of repressed frustration, and preventing passive intense anger.

Attempts to revive language spoken in Jesus' time

JISH, Israel (AP) ? Two villages in the Holy Land's tiny Christian community are teaching Aramaic in an ambitious effort to revive the language that Jesus spoke, centuries after it all but disappeared from the Middle East.

The new focus on the region's dominant language 2,000 years ago comes with a little help from modern technology: an Aramaic-speaking television channel from Sweden, of all places, where a vibrant immigrant community has kept the ancient tongue alive.

In the Palestinian village of Beit Jala, an older generation of Aramaic speakers is trying to share the language with their grandchildren. Beit Jala lies next to Bethlehem, where the New Testament says Jesus was born.

And in the Arab-Israeli village of Jish, nestled in the Galilean hills where Jesus lived and preached, elementary school children are now being instructed in Aramaic. The children belong mostly to the Maronite Christian community. Maronites still chant their liturgy in Aramaic but few understand the prayers.

"We want to speak the language that Jesus spoke," said Carla Hadad, a 10-year-old Jish girl who frequently waved her arms to answer questions in Aramaic from school teacher Mona Issa during a recent lesson.

"We used to speak it a long time ago," she added, referring to her ancestors.

During the lesson, a dozen children lisped out a Christian prayer in Aramaic. They learned the words for "elephant," ''how are you?" and "mountain." Some children carefully drew sharp-angled Aramaic letters. Others fiddled with their pencil cases, which sported images of popular soccer teams.

The dialect taught in Jish and Beit Jala is "Syriac," which was spoken by their Christian forefathers and resembles the Galilean dialect that Jesus would have used, according to Steven Fassberg, an Aramaic expert at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

"They probably would have understood each other," Fassberg said.

In Jish, about 80 children in grades one through five study Aramaic as a voluntary subject for two hours a week. Israel's education ministry provided funds to add classes until the eighth grade, said principal Reem Khatieb-Zuabi.

Several Jish residents lobbied for Aramaic studies several years ago, said Khatieb-Zuabi, but the idea faced resistance: Jish's Muslims worried it was a covert attempt to entice their children to Christianity. Some Christians objected, saying the emphasis on their ancestral language was being used to strip them of their Arab identity. The issue is sensitive to many Arab Muslims and Christians in Israel, who prefer to be identified by their ethnicity, not their faith.

Ultimately, Khatieb-Zuabi, a secular Muslim from an outside village, overruled them.

"This is our collective heritage and culture. We should celebrate and study it," the principal said. And so the Jish Elementary School become the only Israeli public school teaching Aramaic, according to the education ministry.

Their efforts are mirrored in Beit Jala's Mar Afram school run by the Syrian Orthodox church and located just a few miles (kilometers) from Bethlehem's Manger Square.

There, priests have taught the language to their 320 students for the past five years.

Some 360 families in the area descend from Aramaic-speaking refugees who in the 1920s fled the Tur Abdin region of what is now Turkey.

Priest Butros Nimeh said elders still speak the language but that it vanished among younger generations. Nimeh said they hoped teaching the language would help the children appreciate their roots.

Although both the Syrian Orthodox and Maronite church worship in Aramaic, they are distinctly different sects.

The Maronites are the dominant Christian church in neighboring Lebanon but make up only a few thousand of the Holy Land's 210,000 Christians. Likewise, Syrian Orthodox Christians number no more than 2,000 in the Holy Land, said Nimeh. Overall, some 150,000 Christians live in Israel and another 60,000 live in the West Bank.

Both schools found inspiration and assistance in an unlikely place: Sweden. There, Aramaic-speaking communities who descended from the Middle East have sought to keep their language alive.

They publish a newspaper, "Bahro Suryoyo," pamphlets and children's books, including "The Little Prince," and maintain a satellite television station, "Soryoyosat," said Arzu Alan, chairwoman of the Syriac Aramaic Federation of Sweden.

There's also an Aramaic soccer team, "Syrianska FC" in the Swedish top division from the town of Sodertalje. Officials estimate the Aramaic-speaking population at anywhere from 30,000 to 80,000 people.

For many Maronites and Syrian Orthodox Christians in the Holy Land, the television station, in particular, was the first time they heard the language outside church in decades. Hearing it in a modern context inspired them to try revive the language among their communities.

"When you hear (the language), you can speak it," said Issa, the teacher.

Aramaic dialects were the region's vernacular from 2,500 years ago until the sixth century, when Arabic, the language of conquering Muslims from the Arabian Peninsula, became dominant, according to Fassberg.

Linguistic islands survived: Maronites clung to Aramaic liturgy and so did the Syrian Orthodox church. Kurdish Jews on the river island of Zakho spoke an Aramaic dialect called "Targum" until fleeing to Israel in the 1950s. Three Christian villages in Syria still speak an Aramaic dialect, Fassberg said.

With few opportunities to practice the ancient tongue, teachers in Jish have tempered expectations. They hope they can at least revive an understanding of the language.

The steep challenges are seen in the Jish school, where the fourth-grade Aramaic class has just a dozen students. The number used to be twice that until they introduced an art class during the same time slot ? and lost half their students.

Obama campaign targeting Romney's record as governor

CHICAGO/DES MOINES, Iowa (Reuters) - After weeks of painting Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney as a job-slashing corporate raider, President Barack Obama and his re-election campaign are broadening their attack to include Romney's record as Massachusetts governor, arguing his policies hurt the state.

Obama, in an impassioned campaign speech in the battleground state of Iowa on Thursday night, foreshadowed that shift in strategy when he said Romney had made his business experience the centerpiece of his candidacy but "doesn't really talk about what he did in Massachusetts."

The move, described by campaign officials, marks a change from the campaign's recent main focus on Romney's time as a private equity executive at Bain Capital aimed at casting him as more concerned with the wealthy than the middle class.

The Obama team's approach on Romney's work at Bain has faced some criticism. Some saw it as hypocritical at a time when the campaign was seeking donations from private equity executives.

And while the attacks have been part of a strategy to define Romney as out of touch with most Americans, the presumptive Republican nominee has been rising in recent polls, most of which show the race in a dead heat.

Despite that, Obama pressed his assault on Romney's business background in his toughest terms so far and mocked him for saying "corporations are people," a comment he made last August while campaigning in Iowa.

Obama also rebutted Romney's recent claim that the president had created a "prairie fire of debt" since taking office, dismissing that as a "cow pie of distortion."

"Governor Romney has made his experience as a financial CEO the entire rationale for his candidacy," Obama told a boisterous rally of about 2,500 at the state fairgrounds in Des Moines.

He suggested Romney did not want to remind voters of record outside the corporate world "but he does talk about being a business guy, and he says this gives him a special understanding to know ... how to create jobs and grow the economy."

But Obama insisted, "He's wrong."

Though Obama did not explicitly assail Romney for his record as chief executive of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007, campaign officials made clear this was becoming a new focus.

By broadening its attack, the Obama campaign will make the case that Romney's economic philosophies have pervaded his career and would damage the country.

Romney's campaign quickly pushed back.

"By the end of this year, President Obama will have presided over a record-shattering four consecutive trillion-dollar deficits and added an historic amount to our national debt. Our children will be footing the bill for his failed policies years from now," said Ryan Williams, a Romney spokesman.

"It's as if he's forgotten that he's been president for nearly four years and has a record to defend," Williams said.

DRAWING A "STRONG CONNECTION"

An Obama campaign official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said: "You'll see over the course of this campaign a really strong connection between (Romney's) time at Bain and the values and lessons that he took from that."

"He used those values and lessons in Massachusetts, and we'll take a look at those results," the official said.

The attacks are likely to focus on Romney's record of cutting education funding and increasing the state's debt.

Obama campaign officials are also eager to note that Romney, who spoke frequently about his time as governor in the 2008 Republican primary, barely mentions that time in speeches now.

It's unclear whether the campaign's assault on Romney's governorship will match the intensity of the Bain onslaught, which has included Internet videos and TV advertising.

The Obama campaign official said the focus on his record as governor would build on the Bain strategy.

"The next step is to build out. You know, he promises to take his business experience to the Oval Office, just like he promised to take his business experience to the state house," the official said. "Let's take a look at how that worked out."

The arguments will not be totally new.

RANKED LOW IN JOB CREATION

Coinciding with Romney fundraisers in Boston on Thursday, the Massachusetts Democratic Party held a news conference to discuss the former governor's "failed record," noting the state was ranked 47th out of the 50 states in job creation during Romney's tenure.

And Obama's campaign has highlighted Romney's Massachusetts record previously in email messages to reporters.

Romney has emphasized his background as a business executive to suggest he is better placed than Obama, a Democrat, to reduce high unemployment and accelerate the fragile economic recovery, the public's chief concerns in the November election.

Obama's campaign has focused on job losses at companies that Bain acquired, while steering clear from the success stories of companies it built up or saved - a side of Bain's corporate footprint Romney's campaign touts.

Bain aside, there is plenty of fodder for Obama and his fellow Democrats to cherry-pick from Romney's Massachusetts record. Romney closed a $1.2 billion budget gap in his first year in office in part by eliminating $277 million in education funding, which was shifted to local governments, according to the nonpartisan Factcheck.org.

Funding for higher education also fell $145 million that year. Average student fees rose 63 percent during Romney's time in office, to $4,836, according to the Boston Globe, and tuition rose during that period as well.

Romney often says he balanced the state's budget without raising taxes, but does not mention that he raised about $750 million in revenue each year by closing tax loopholes and raising fees, according to the nonpartisan Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation.

The state's long-term debt also increased by 16 percent during Romney's tenure, according to state data, and in 2007, Massachusetts had the highest level of bond debt per capita in the nation.

"As a governor he cut funding for manufacturing and community colleges, didn't invest in education - the cost of tuition soared - and vetoed legislation that would have prevented outsourcing while ... promoting special breaks for the wealthiest," a second Obama campaign official said. "That's the same type of economic philosophy he's promoting right now."

Romney has called the attacks on his business record a form of character assassination. Obama's campaign rejects that view.

"Romney thinks that any discussion of his record is negative," the second official said. "He's attempted to declare his record off-limits."

Azealia Banks, Iggy Azalea Could Make 'Dope' Collabo, A$AP Rocky Says

'They shouldn't be beefin'. They both comin' up; they need to get along,' Rocky tells 'RapFix Live' of the bickering rap ladies.

Seems like no one wants to get in between Iggy Azalea and Azealia Banks. T.I. took the high road when he appeared on "RapFix Live" last week, and on Wednesday's episode A$AP Rocky did the same when host Sway Calloway asked him about the beefing hip-hop ladies.

"I don't really got nothin' to say about that situation, that ain't got nothin' to do with me," Rocky said laughing. "I know both of 'em, that's all I do is know both of 'em."

Banks and Rocky both hail from Harlem, New York, and he and Iggy have been linked romantically, though neither will confirm a relationship. "I know both of 'em, and I feel like they shouldn't be beefin'. They both comin' up; they need to get along," Rock said. "I think they'd make a dope song together, personally."

Banks launched a Twitter attack on Iggy after the Grand Hustle's rap rookie landed a spot on the 2012 XXL Freshman cover earlier this year. The "212" rapper took exception to Iggy's rhymes on her song "Drugs," where she says, "When the relay starts, I'm a runaway slave master."

"Iggy Azalea on the XXL freshman list is all wrong," Banks tweeted back in February. "How can you endorse a white woman who called herself a 'runaway slave master.' "

The feud then led to Banks blasting T.I. for his comments on the matter, but the King of the South quickly backed out, labeling the tiff "bitch sh--" during a Chicago radio interview back in April. Ultimately Rocky feels a similar way, though he didn't quite use the same language that T.I. did. "I ain't got nothing to do with that," he said. "I don't get involved in female stuff."

Do you think Iggy Azalea and Azealia Banks should make a song together? Leave your comment below!

Dog Food & Dog Nutrition? | Body Health & Fitness

Question by Beth J: Dog Food & Dog Nutrition?
Quote from http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/anutmed.htm#poop:

?Scientists theorize that mineral deficiency subjects us, and our animals, to more diseases, aging, sickness and destruction of our physical well-being than any other factor in personal health. A groundswell of nutrition conscious veterinarians are beginning to recommend to their clients that they supplement their animals diet with a daily dose of flaxseed oil, coconut oil and other nutrients for optimum health and vitality. The food your animal eats should provide all of the nutritional components which are necessary for all organs and systems of a healthy body to perform in harmonious unison.?
Does anyone know if there is a Dog Food out there which will provide all the necessary nutrients my pup needs? Or will I have to buy supplements, in addition to, the food I am currently buying. Right now, she eats ?Pedigree; Adult Complete Nutrition?. Yes, it SAYS COMPLETE, but is it? LOL
Ok, I should have been a little more specific. My ?pup? is a little over a year old. She?s 50% pitt, 25% shepherd and 25% lab. I call her a ?pup? cuz she acts like one. LOL. She?s a big girl, though. Anywho? I originally asked this question cuz my ?pup? eats her ?poo?. We also have another dog, 100% pitt. She is 11 yrs old. My other dog does not and never has (that I am aware of). In doing some research, MOST sites stated that she eats her ?poo? because she is lacking some important nutrients in her diet.

Kody Brown: Sister Wives Can't Fulfill My Needs

Kody Brown of Sister Wives fame says that even four wives can't fulfill all his needs. Just imagine how regular people with one spouse feel, right?!??!

In the TLC family's all-new book, Becoming Sister Wives, Kody admits that neither Meri, Janelle, Robyn nor Christine totally fulfill all of his cravings.

"To be honest, I'm not sure if any one of my wives could fulfill all of my needs, nor do I believe that I fulfill all of theirs," muses the dad of 17.

Kody then expounds on things that make each of his better halves so special:

"Janelle and I can talk business. With Christine I can enjoy the lightness of being together. With Meri the world is structured and organized, her house is peaceful and in order."

"When Robyn came into the family, she brought about an emotional honesty that required me to start dealing with things I'd avoided."

Regarding sex, Kody writes, "All I'm going to say is that I don't think my marriages are much different from anyone else's in that respect."

"The one constant is that I keep my marriages distinct and discreet," he stresses. "There is no overlap, no 'sharing,' nothing untoward or salacious."
